Melodic French death metal band from Lyon, with new line-up, a drummer babe and a lead singer with great vocals, she's not quite Taty from Jinjer, but if you check out "Nameless Echoes" (also on YouTube) you will see for yorself. Very atmospheric and melodic, with awesome tempo changes and creative song writing. Reminiscent of my Swiss fellow bands Rage of Light and Kassogtha, both in my BC collection. Bravo les Lyonnais !!!

Fractal Gates presents a very approachable and uncomplicated style of melodic death metal that is extremely affective. A constant stream of riffs and melodies that are catchy, infectious, and even fun. Some synthesizer elements give added depth too. Simply put this is a must check out release. 8/10
